Introducing Efficient & Personalized Care
Healthcare in the United States today is often characterized as expensive, and largely controlled by insurance companies. Primary care offices are almost always full. Providers try their best to see their patients in the office, but often need to refer them to the Emergency Department or Urgent Care if unable to be seen quickly.
Pediatric Concierge Care was created by a Nurse Practitioner and Roanoke native who for years, routinely and repeatedly witnessed the many failures of our healthcare delivery system.
to help busy families with young children obtain quality, personalized and efficient care. membership model in medicine is rapidly changing how families obtain healthcare. We have tailored this model specifically for children, and we plan to make healthcare available in the comfort and convenience of the home.
Families are billed a monthly fee based on the number of children ages 0-18 in their household. Visits to the Emergency Department, Urgent Care or Pediatrician's office are routinely known for being expensive, lengthy, and at times uncomfortable. Our practice allows families another option for care when an unexpected illness or injury might arise.may have previously been necessary for treatment of many minor concerns. Visits to required to budget for urgent This model not only enhances the patient experience but also fosters a stronger relationship between healthcare providers and families.
At PCC, we prioritize quality of care over the quantity of visits or number of patients seen. Though we do not bill insurance, we do accept payments from your health savings account, making it easier for families to their HSA for our services. The wellbeing of your children is our main focus, and we strive to provide the best care possible, in the comfort of your own home.

Paramedic/ Firefighter, Flight Nurse, Pediatric Primary Care Provider, Emergency Department Nurse Practitioner
Over the past twenty-six years, I have had the privilege of working and volunteering in various roles within the public safety and medical fields. During this time I have experienced many of the best and worst sides of our ever evolving American Healthcare System . I have been a Paramedic/ Firefighter, an ED Nurse, a Flight Nurse/ Paramedic, a Family Nurse Practitioner in Pediatrics, and most recently as a Nurse Practitioner in the Emergency Department. These experiences have opened my eyes to the many flaws that continue to plague our healthcare delivery system. As parents of three young children ourselves, my wife and I have felt the stress and frustration of needing to make urgent arrangements for the care of a sick child while on vacation, early in the morning, late at night, and on holidays. We have been fortunate to have many wonderful friends who are Nurses, Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners in the medical field who have been able to help take care of our children's medical needs quickly.
This connection is exactly what PCC provides to our families.
